Officer Cecil Dempsey Smith was dismissed due to sleeping at the camp and drinking liquor from his car's trunk, and became drunk.

Guards are now uniformed; Inmates will attend night school 3 nights a week to complete schooling up to a ninth grade level

Officer Paul Nelson is no longer employed at TCPWC due to dealing with inmates. He was loaning money and taking different items in pawn. He knew that this was against the rules.

Released inmates receive a suit and a hat.

A request for 5 more inmates to replace the discharged or paroled inmates.
