The festival will be in March, 1996 and is planned to involve all parts of Turner County...
The committee set up a festival checking account at Ashburn Bank. The bank, Ashburn Machine, Hobby's and the City of Ashburn agreed to donate $100 toward the account to get it opened. The Rotary Club and the Branding Iron agreed to contribute $50.
