His father, Mr. Wright Hobby and sister Miss Pauline Hobby live in Tifton. A brother, Mr. Warren L. Hobby lives in Fitzgerald. Staff Sgt. Hobby was a nephew of Mr. John B. Hobby, Mrs. Luther Hobby, Mr. Claude Hobby and Mrs. Dave Embry of Turner County. Mrs. A. L. Hobby is his grandmother.
