Mr. F.M. Tison
Ashburn, Ga.

My dear Mr. Tison,

It is with a mixed feeling of satisfaction, appreciation, and pleasure that I accept the position as teacher of Fourth Grade for the term 1934-1935.

Satisfaction, because teaching is my life profession; appreciation, because of a loyal Bard that makes it possible for me to work in Ashburn, my hometown; and pleasure, because its a joy to work

for people, and children whom I love.

Most sincerely,
"Mrs." L.R. Whatley
