The Big Peanut is coming back! AgGeorgia was pleased to donate the remaining $10,000 needed for the restoration of the monument, and is proud to support Turner County and the Georgia peanut farmers to which this monument pays homage. AgGeorgia CEO Rob Crain is shown making the check presentation to Nick Denham, Turner County Commissioner and Interim County Manager, along with Director Dan Raines & wife Ruth. Also pictured are Ashburn-Turner County Chamber Executive Director Ashley Miller, Turner County Young Farmers Advisor Dennis Kendrick, AgGeorgia’s Marketing Manager Rhonda Shannon, and a host of other Turner County citizens and government officials who were on hand for the occasion.
