Gabled portico. Transom. Double hung sash windows with 9/9 lights, Arched entrances on end. Interior chimney. Gabled dormers. Fair condition. Original use: school. Date of Construction: c. 1920. Not significant as part of a potential National Register historic district. Area of older structures not extensive enough.
